♦ Collision Repair Shop Managers are experienced students that show leadership qualities and are trusted to help manage day to day operation of the shop.  Before being hired as a manager, the student must submit a job application, perform a basic skills test and participate in a formal job interview.  Applicants are then selected based on their overall performance.  As managers they are given groups or "teams" to supervise and with that, the opportunity to gain critical leadership skills that will greatly benefit them in the workforce.
